Connect Instagram to Whisp

Whisp uses the Instagram messaging API to receive and respond to direct messages and comments on behalf of your business, then routes conversations to your managers.

1. What Whisp accesses

Direct messages, comments, and basic profile information required to deliver replies and hand conversations off to a human manager. Whisp does not post content without your action.

2. How to connect

Connection is initiated from inside the Whisp Owner dashboard, where you authorize the Instagram Business account you want to manage. This page describes the integration for transparency and review purposes.

3. How we use the data

Message and comment data is used solely to operate the conversation workflow, follow-ups, and analytics inside your Whisp workspace. We do not sell this data.

4. Revoking access

You can disconnect Instagram at any time from the Whisp Owner dashboard, or remove Whisp from your Instagram/Facebook connected apps settings. To delete stored data, see our Data Deletion instructions.
