Data is used to deliver AI replies, synchronize CRM actions, monitor quality, and support customer requests.

We retain data for operational and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize records when no longer needed.

4. Data Sharing

Whisp does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with providers required to run the platform.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of data in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Meta Platform Data (Instagram & WhatsApp)

When you connect Instagram or WhatsApp, Whisp receives messages, comments, profile identifiers, and media metadata required to route conversations to your team. This data is processed to deliver replies, follow-ups, and analytics inside your workspace. We do not sell Meta platform data.

AI-assisted replies may send message content to model providers (for example OpenAI) strictly to generate responses configured by your business rules.
